We have to be the same as the USA because of the commercial integration between the two countries, and they keep moving it up.

Idk how I feel about it, but I've noticed since I've been in France I've started sleeping and waking earlier in the lead up to it.

Ya and I also love the long summer evenings.

I think it makes more of a difference if you're further from the equator. Whereas where I lived in NZ I hardly noticed a difference.
