Question, can Winnipeg kinda influence the raiders to trade him to a team around the peg? I've always wondered how the Oilers draft choices always end up on the Oil kings. Is that seen as tampering or?

Katz owns both teams. That's how that works..

Ehlers with 2A tonight (3-2 win).

Morrissey 1G 1A so far in the 2nd (2-2)

Some fun College Hockey notes tonight!

Tanner Lane has been moved up to the top line and got 1 assist!
CJ Franklin has been moved from the 3rd to the 2nd line and scored 1 goal!
Copp remains the top line center, but in what I'm assuming is an attempt to give Larkin more of an opportunity they've moved notably good hockey player JT Compher, the 2nd line center, to Copp's wing, and put Larkin as the second line C. Copp scored 1 goal!
Poolman scored another goal!
Kasdorf saved 34 of 35!
Phillips saved 26 of 28!

Awesome! Thank you!

I know I've said it before, but Hammer you are the best.

No problem guys, thanks :D

So far I've found highlights of Comrie (easy), Phillips (fairly easy), but I can't find aaaaanything on Kasdorf. RPI doesn't seem to have much in the way of highlights. They have a few entire games on their RPI TV website but I don't really want to sit through 3 periods to find a few nice saves.

thanks for all the info. was really curious what the old man was going to do with 3 real gud Cs.
2G for big Blomqvist too.

1A for De Leo and Petan

all Blommy does is score. (is it Blommy or Blommer? I forget)

What's going on with Petan? Playing hurt?

No clue. He added an apple on the OT goal. Me thinks it is mostly a team thing. They ain't what they used to be.

We have all seen how skilled Nic is but that team was a scoring machine for the two seasons under the old coach's system. They played full on run and gun hockey so Nic's numbers were very likely inflated by the system. I still think he is a heck of a hockey player and there is no need to panic.

I think some adversity for Petan will be a good thing in the long run.

I do too....same as Morrissey without Leon.....Ehlers as "the man" on a not so good team. They all make for less exciting times to read point scoring updates but they all went back to develop and in some ways I think you develop more when you face challenges.

No problem, it's still unfortunate to see that Glover can't crack the line-up and I don't know what happened to Ustaski, but it's nice to see so many players moving up their depth charts. I'm also a Poolman fan and it's great to see him get 3 goals in his first 6, that clip that Hammer posted on his youtube (thanks Hammer, btw) for his second goal was great. Such an amazing release!

He's in full blöm.

That doesn't make any sense!:p:

I'm betting he's been nursing some kind of lingering minor issue. It's not bad enough that surgery is 100% required, but it's enough to hamper him somewhat.

I agree. The new coach/system/talent pool doesn't seem to be affecting DeLeo (9 goals vs Petan 1). DeLeo is still progressing under the system. Petan has regressed significantly, offensively speaking, for quite a while now. It's not lack of talent, we all know that. Nagging injury is the most likely explanation.
