Do you hear that???

*smash!*

*aaaaaaaaarrrrrggghhhhh*

That is the sound of the NHL schedule maker committing suicide :laugh:

What the computer threw itself out the window?

I know A.I. has made some serious inroads...

Computer suicides, it's no laughing matter.

Great to see that Scheifele is back in the lineup.

Definitely is Hellebuyck's net now, but really hoping that Hutch can have a nice game today and get some confidence back.

meh, taking 1 week off is probably good for your body actually, resting is underrated. Lots of athletes over-train. A month off is a different story

Yeh you're probably right. Cardio might take a slight hit, but other then that, he should probably feel pretty good.

And considering he was required to do a conditioning skate as one of the steps to get back in the lineup I expect Scheif to not miss a beat.

Woohoo Go :jets Go! Hat trick by Thorburn. Incidental story, the actual term hatrick came from Montreal where the owner of a hat store donated a free hat to any Habs player who scores three goals. The hat store still exists on St Catherine street.

I actually really liked Halischuk's game on the fourth line, he's got a lot of energy and causes turnovers. He's almost like Perreault minus all the skill.

just what I wanted! I am happy... I also wanted Chairot out. But this will due I guess....

A win here and we are 9th in the conference, closest team to a wild card.... The Ducks are garbage this year, lets hope it continues at least for tonight. I have watched a few Duck games, and they make us look like a top 5 NHL team in comparison. But all that matters is how we matchup head to head with them and getting the 2 points

Me as well, I really liked his last few games. He is clearly the odd man out at this point though. Too bad, I wish he was the 13th forward and could stick instead of Tony P... Carrying 8 D, is strange. It makes sense having Pardy as a press box vet. But Postma is not really that old, just seems strange to pay a guy NHL salary to play 2 games in half a year.

Ehlers back with Scheif, happy to see.

Elated to see that -- perhaps PMO suddenly realizes they might have to field the best team he can if they are going to win some games. Ladd demoted, Thor demoted, Ehlers, Helle & Armia promoted - wow.

Edit I should add Stuart demoted - not far enough but its a start. Now if he could see it to slot Postma in there once, it might really look like a better team
