I'd love it if he was NHL ready in 2026-27. If not, no big deal, but if we aren't going to have elite talent, we are going to need scoring depth and he seems like he could be a big help in that regard.

Aim higher. He was every bit the player Demidov was in the KHL this year and some guys who watched them feel he was even better. Older, yes, but at that level just the same. He's got Panarin potential, not scoring depth potential.

Agreed. MBN seems cut out for NA ice. Kasper and MBN on the same line sounds formidable if they reach their potentials.

Honestly I think the only thing that could prevent him from becomming an NHL star is his size. He looks 17 in the picture above. I hope he comes over and lives in DBCs basement and trains with him, because he is definitely of a similar stature. He has the skating and shot to make it happen, Wings could really use that hit.
