22 points in 25 games. Buch has a PP assist today
I almost feel like Buch's season is flying somewhat under the radar around here. Last time I checked he was 8th in league scoring. Sure, the KHL probably isn't on the same level it once was and all the top scorers also were very close together. But he definitely is having a breakout season over there.

I felt the same last year too.

He's tied for 6th in league scoring right now actually.

I think last year he had a promising season that had people excited about him. But this is the first year where he really looks like he could be a first line NHL player with a solid shot at it

Mr. Negativity agrees, lol. Gus is a legit A level prospect without doubt. Finnie will be playing for GR next season.

I'd even go so far as to say LDN and Plante are more than B level as well. Plante is just injured, and sadly those 2 points in one game puts him in the middle of the list for points, lol. Have not given up on NDN yet.

The rest of them project to be 4th line or 3rd pair at best, most of them won't even play for GR. Lots of wasted draft picks on "tough to play against" players with no skill. Thanks Kris.
I agree 100%. SY from what i understand is heavily involved with 1st rd selections but beyond that, he trusts the scouts/Draper & Draper always seems to draft 200ft players over skill and the results are nothing to get excited about after 6 yrs of drafting. Also, our pro scouting sucks as most of our FA's haven't made any big impacts and are just aging vets that bring nothing but long term dead weight.

Artamonov is great but it’s funny to say Carolina has found “another khl star” when exactly zero of their Russian gamble picks have worked out so far
