he's the only one that can get rid of Ruff, he's the only that hired Ruff and decided to keep him after last season fiasco. So yeah he's just as bad if not worse.

Sure, bad decision to keep Ruff, no argument here. But he's done good things during his tenure, signed contracts we like, traded for Marino, etc.

I can't name a single good thing Ruff has done.

I'm not sure he can afford to do it as long as Shero kept Hynes around to start that season.

Fair enough, but Lindy's gotta go.

I was irate that he made it to this year, I thought for sure he was done after last year and often times even before last year ended.

And then he comes back already whiffing by starting the wrong goalie on opening night, on top of questionable lines both games.

He literally might not last as many games as Quenneville did last year, which I know had nothing to do with on-ice reasons. This will.

I like Fitz, I think he's a good GM, but if this shit drags on very long I'm gonna sour on him real fast.

My hope is he's letting Ruff hang himself quickly so he can easily justify paying him to go away to ownership.

The lines that did lol good and was showing had chemistry are broken up now…
Tatar in the top 6 because he had two decent pre-season games (with about 70 shitty games prior to that ) ?
Puts our two best shooters with the least capable passer / worst offensive ability C ….. ummm why?
I was not on the fire Ruff train before but I’m getting close to hopping on.
First game of the season and he did not have the guys ready (players are to blame as well)
Zero chemistry shown and then mixes up the lines even more?
We are going to get spanked by teams that are used to playing with each other. They will be a step ahead of us every play if we constantly have new lines , tryig to figure out each others tendencies

Ruff was a BAD hire back in 2020. Ruff is already on life support here and being kept alive artificially by machines.

Look it up. You won't have to look too far into the thread after he was announced as hired. I'm pretty sure it was on page 1 where I was like ''Yeah..... No, just no....''.
