Waited too long to fire the head coach, although I understand entering that season with Hynes. He should have been fired 5 games in though.

I do not understand entering this season with Ruff.

I can even agree with that but he still needs to be better. He's the best player on the team (and paid so) and needs to be held to higher standard. Needs to take the team on his back.
