So, what's it gonna be tonight?

Disappointed in this game and the last few games. We should have a win or 2 in there. One might figure there would be a better effort for Helle's shot at 300 wins.

Didn't feel one team controlled the game. They capitalized and we didn't. Detroit went 2-for-3 on the PP and we went 0-for-2.

They better whoop some ass against Nashville on Tuesday.

Do you just copy and paste this from your notes after every loss?

Does he need to do anything else?

This team is a grade A pretender until proven otherwise. They don't get the benefit of the doubt after being slapped around like that for 2 straight years. Losers until they are capable of winning.

Their asses are trailing last years team now.. What was their record to start again?

This f***ing team is going to crash out in the first round of the playoffs again. And it's going to be even more infuriating than last year's bullshit debacle. What a bunch of headcase f***ing losers.
Is this another one of your sarcasm posts?

Team is thin on talent when needed. These younger guys getting chances are not meeting the level of expectations and the 2nd line needs probably a different winger and C for the team to go deep.

Might be time to cut your losses with Heinola. Stanley is outperforming him.

Hot damn! I didn't realize it until it was mentioned above, so I took a look at last season's point totals compared to this year's after 41 games and sure enough we are 4 points behind.

60 points last year.
56 points this year.

In contrast to one of the posts above, the Jets were good in January 2024 with a record of 8 - 3 - 1.
It wasn't until the end of January/early February when we hit a slump losing 5 games in a row.

The team is 12-10 - 2 since the 15-1 start to the season which is about an 88 point pace.

Really need you to start adding something to PGT besides crying about Perfetti champ.

He's the guy you're going to single out tonight? Really? Specifically him? Clown.
the guy who goes long stretches without adding any offense to the team despite playing with ehlers majority of the time, yes, I will say he needs to start adding to the team, you add nothing but that stupid emoji now that you can't cry about the 1st line "clown"

I have often been told if you got nothing nice to say don't say anything................good night folks
That's exactly what I was going to say...

The Jets now have a couple of days to shake the stink off and try to play something resembling more than just a lathargic going-through-the-motions game. I give this effort two "Motowns" out of five...

The Prediction Contest has been posted for the game against the Mustard Kitties for your guesses. If you haven't guessed already, the game on Tuesday is available, so please give ol' Mac a break and sign up to create one. I really would appreciate it! See you all on Tuesday! Good night...

Ya we haven’t played well the last 2 games. But for everyone standing on the edge of the cliff screaming we are frauds dispite our record, maybe the Wings and Ducks aren’t near as bad as their record either.

Played game with 5 D essentially and were the better team after the clusterf@ck 1st period. Some practices time coming up should help things out.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Vilardi move down to center Ehlers and maybe Iafallo on 2nd line. Move whipping boy Perfetti up to see if we can get him scoring, cause he’s doing everything else pretty well.

Yup, worked out well for Chisholm and Kovacevic.

If the Jets have either in their playoff opening roster as of now they're not running a great defense (they'll probably have Fleury there which is just as meh). They need an impactful add on D.

And upfront the team needs more than a 2C. It needs a rework of identity 5v5. No one is scoring at a great rate 5v5 outside of Connor and Lowry (for him as a player, not for his ice time, which is bleh as a 2C).

Plenty of time to work it out, but they need to start playing a more consistent, dominating game if they're supposed to be a contender.

I hope the guys they trade for have some term and are good
