Just purchased 4 tickets for Saturday, coming from Kitchener.
Looking forward to a hopefully great series.

Sorry for not scrolling through the thread before asking this, but Ethan Belchetz hasn't played this post season from what I can see. What's his situation? Is he expected back soon?
Thanks, appreciate the insight! I should be more worried about a few other guys i hear are doing okay so far this post season....I wouldn't worry about scrolling back for this. I'm not even sure where you'd find it among the chaos LOL... to answer your question, he fell awkwardly into the boards in the final regular season home game. It's a lower body thing and, at last check, he's out for a while still. If the club makes the third round, there's a slight chance he could return at some point, but that's not a guarantee.
Grady Spicer put at 6’3” 185lbs put up nearly 1/2pt per game and 100pims in Tier ll at 16. Will be interesting to see what he looks like at camp next season. And don’t for Sam Wathier playing for USNDP.Just a quick review of the 2024 draft. This was a super deep draft for the Spitfires. They plucked some real finds out this class. Obviously Belchez was shoe in first overall, but some of the other players in the later rounds were absolute golden finds. Hats off to the scouting team for Windsor. Here are just some of the obvious jewels. These kids could play on pretty much any ohl team at 16,
Ethen Belchez 1 st round
J.C Lemieux 2 nd round
Carter Hicks 2 nd round
Max Brocklherst 3rd round
Andrew Robinson 3 rd round
Ethen Garden 9th round
That is one heck of a hull for the 24 year draft. I am sure there are others from this draft that will push to make the team in August 2025.
Nice work to management staff of Windsor.
Those two would actually make a huge addition to the 25-26 team. Looks like Windsor will be deep for a few years to come. Building from their drafts without selling the farm.Grady Spicer put at 6’3” 185lbs put up nearly 1/2pt per game and 100pims in Tier ll at 16. Add in any other possible US free agents who committed to NCAA and went undrafted by any ohl team for that reason. Those two would actually make a huge addition to the 25-26 team. Looks like Windsor will be deep for a few years to come. Building from their drafts without selling the farm.
I’m not convinced BB has the deep connections to benefit from the current scenario. Kitchener, London and others benefited this year while Windsor got zero.Add in any other possible US free agents who committed to NCAA and went undrafted by any ohl team for that reason.
True but going to an obvious contender gave London and Kitchener a better chance to score a FA. But 2-3 years the Spits should be a top team and that will draw players looking for more draft exposure.I’m not convinced BB has the deep connections to benefit from the current scenario. Let's keep some perspective the players we are talking about. Guys like Montgomery (brother played in London). Pridham's father assistant GM with the Leafs. Humphreys NHL drafted just like the other two. Both GMs to date seem to have better contacts. There was nothing stopping Bowler from taking these guys. We will see more over the next couple years we hope.True but going to an obvious contender gave London and Kitchener a better chance to score a FA. Walther will have another year with the USNDP, so if he chooses the Spits it won't be until 26-27.Those two would actually make a huge addition to the 25-26 team. Looks like Windsor will be deep for a few years to come. Building from their drafts without selling the farm.
