My guess is Brocklehurst, Lavigne, and Windbiel would be considered, along with maybe Stewart since he has experience.
What This Means for You:
Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.
In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord ServerI noticed on the Vipers players sheet that Brocklehurst is now 5'9". Did he not come into camp at 5'7"? He is still young so a lot more time to get bigger I hope.My guess is Brocklehurst, Lavigne, and Windbiel would be considered, along with maybe Stewart since he has experience.
Lavigne has been injured and out of Vipers lineup for weeks. Agree with others joining Spits. My guess is Brocklehurst, Lavigne, and Windbiel would be considered, along with maybe Stewart since he has experience.

I hope carter george stands on his head and we don't have to see the Knights at all. Wishful thinking.I hope the Knights and Spitfires meet in the playoffs.
I really like the player you have in Ilya Protas. Fortunately for a Knights fan, I might be glad he basically outplayed his potential return come next year and should turn pro. But I’m sure Ethan Belchez will take his place offensively come next year anyways, so it’s not like you guys won’t reload lol!
To be the best you have to beat the best. Yes I know another cliché.
I'm going to look at it as 1 game at a time. They need to win their first playoff game before I look to hopefully winning another one and so on.. no cart before the horse this year for me. I'm nervous from the blue line in. Please oh please prove me wrong!
Be safe.
There's a better chance of George standing on his head and OS scratching out a game as compared to George stealing the series.I hope carter george stands on his head and we don't have to see the Knights at all. Wishful thinking.
Realistically? I do think a Memorial Cup rematch with a red hot Chernyshov, Misa, Epperson and Parekh could be a big test for the Knights if you don’t want to see them.I hope carter george stands on his head and we don't have to see the Knights at all. Wishful thinking.
Team issued a week to week which is never a good thing. A day to day would at least give some hope.Any word on the Belchetz injury? It looked pretty nasty from where I was sitting.
If they choose to put Brocklehurst in he will be the next injury. Hes listed at 150 lbs. The good thing i see is we atleast have lots of depth to cover these injuries. As well another possible injury for Windsor leading up to the playoffs,as Tanner Winegard had a fall on ice another player fell on top of him possible broken hand for Winegard is what I have heard.
As of now Mathurin, Outwater, Belchetz, Winegard, Lemieux are amongst the injured plus Michael Lavigne,D would have been on taxi squad now that La Salle is out,he hasn't played since Jan 31 for La Salle.
Hopefully Lemieux gets cleared to play this week,if not would not be surprised that Brocklehurst draws in for Windsor.
With the extra stoppages, you see the 4th line less and less as it progresses as well. Honestly, not a bad 3 forward lines. I’m big on Garden, but I think he needs some time. I think if Lemieux can get healthy, he’d fit in well on this third line with Nesbitt and McNamara. I expect to very rarely see Costello and Gaymes.Morneau - Protas - Greentree
Spellacy - Davis - Abraham
Nesbitt - McNamara - Garden
Costello - - Gaymes
Kennedy - Cristoforo
Woodall - Walton
Eichler - Hicks
Robinson
IF Lemieux and Winegard are both out for Game 1, that's roughly what I can see as the forward units and D. Obviously, some mixing around if needed.
Yes missing Mathurin is probably the most impacful loss. The D has played ok but in the playoffs ok is a concern. With the extra stoppages, you see the 4th line less and less as it progresses as well. Missing Mathurin sucks. Back to back years we lost our OA D Man. I hope he’s able to return, him and Belchetz are the most impactful guys we’re missing.
I like our D group tho. Robinson has looked steady, Hicks is playing far beyond a rookie, even without Mathurin, I like the back end.
What’s Lemieux’s injury?
Here’s the rumors I’ve heard:
Belchetz - Broken Leg
Mathurin - Separated Shoulder
Winegard - Broken Hand
Lemieux - ???
I respectfully disagree on the Costello and Gaymes. If I were coaching these two boys would definately be in my regular rotation. They are both very gritty players that like to fore check and hit hard. If nothing else they compete every shift. I would counsel Gaymes on playing smart and not getting any dumb retaliatory penalties, but i think these guys would do well in a series. With the extra stoppages, you see the 4th line less and less as it progresses as well. Robinson is an 08. They were already at their limit for 08's. Your only allowed 4 .I respectfully disagree on the Costello and Gaymes. Also, that ROBINSON WOULD BE PLAYIING EVERY GAME if i were behind the bench. Where has this kid been all year ?
