Gibson will not get that kind of return. London is so strong i dont see many teams dabbling for a few month filler. Not a guy that works here either. 2 D men needed. 1 with OA likelyhood 1 with a full year plus possible OA. Bigger boys that can clear the bodies in front and at least 1 with a good slap shot. Imho thats whats needed.

I've said for a bit now - trade Abraham for something reasonable, then bring in Konnor Smith. You get the big bodied guy who's local for his final stretch of junior hockey.

So a real good test this weekend. Another 3 in 3 weekend. Tonight has trap game written all over it. Boys looking ahead to playing London for the first time and Erie is a good team. Walter's and company have a tough task in getting them going and not coming out flat.
London missing most of their key core but don't be fooled. Hunter does not except losing so they will be hard to play as usual.
Really hard to predict how the Spits will fare this weekend? Could be anywhere from 0 to 6 points. Won't be easy but it is the last tough weekend until after Christmas and most won't remember it in March. Enjoy the ride. Be safe.

Constanzo has not been nearly as good lately as he was early in the year. His GAA has risen from below 2.00 to 2.40. A month ago he was leading the league in GAA and save percentage. He is currently 2nd and 3rd respectively. Hopefully he is not slipping into last year's habits. His numbers are still great, but they are slipping.

They need a backup that they can depend on. The back up should be playing 30 to 40 percent of the games. Froggett has not been given that. In the last 2 games against Kitchener, Froggett almost singlehandly won the game in Kitchener, While Costanzo was a huge part of losing the game in Windsor by misplaying a puck behind the net.

Regarding goalies I would start Costanzo tonight, Froggett in his hometown tomorrow and back to Costanzo Saturday.
My thoughts as well but you never know.

Been a much tougher schedule the last few weeks so his numbers aren't as bad as they would have been last year. Now trying to play the puck is another story.

While I can see why you'd play Froggett in London, being so close to home, asking for back-to-back miracles from the kid seems tough. I'd start him tonight, then let Joey go tomorrow and Saturday.

Joey is fine unless he gets frustrated by having no help defensively as a team any given game. When he's frustrated he comes out and tries overplaying the puck unnecessarily because he seems to feel he has to do it himself. Froggett starts 1 of the London games. The big stage in London. Last big road game he was stellar in Kitchener.
