Brocklehurst looks like a really good pick. 145 pts and a Dec 30 birth date so his draft will be 2027 I believe. 5’9 and 154 I’m sure he isn’t done growing. Could be a steal for you guys.

I thought the rule was roster 4 16yr olds but can only dress 3?

If Brackenhurst reports, I'm sure he would be guaranteed a starting spot. Lasalle going to be thrilled next year for youngsters lol

Very limited spots in jrB for 16 yr olds. Gotta get on the phone early n spread them amongst 3/4 teams. ( less roster spots for 16 yr olds than OHL teams)

I really enjoyed the picks from the first three rounds. We all know D often take longer to develop, so taking D in rounds 4/5, doesn’t seem like a bad decision as we can only roster four 08’s.

With USNTDP/college route, what’s the feeling on him? He’s not in the US program as of yet, from what I’ve read. Maybe they’ve worked on this one?

Didn’t make USNDP. NCAA commitment eligibility is August 1st this summer. Don’t know his direction as I don’t think he’s tendered to USHL yet either. Maybe there is slight hope ?
