One of Kirk's kids

Funny you should say that.

From Kirk:

“He’s an elite scorer; terrific combination of stick skill/shot/natural instincts. With the puck on his stick, he’s dynamic and can create offense like few others at this level can”.

More on Zellers: “He’s going to take time. He’s a dominant offensive presence at the midget/prep and junior levels but because of that, his off-puck habits have been slower to develop. He has a light frame, so even with the dynamic scoring you don’t want to rush him. Potential big payoff but is also going to require a lot of patience. The longer timeline is probably why Colorado was willing to move him. As impressive a prospect as he is, he’s not seeing the NHL for a while & for a team that wants to win now, it was a price they were willing to pay.”

Some kids actually go to school for a education, and develop career skills, college should not be farm systems for the NHL.
No. NIL changes things and every HS and college kid should work a part time job. Sports is theirs.

Im praying that ESPN gives college lacrosse the women's basketball treatment and promotes the hell out of it and expands the season it's my favorite sport to watch after football.

“Mid-6 upside”….

Setting his league on fire in goal scoring and isn’t regaled for his defense. Sounds like Top 6 or bust to me.

Not that that’s a bad thing at all, I just don’t understand what a guy with a penchant for putting the puck in the net, has mediocre size, and isn’t known for defense is going to do on your 3rd line.
