Even with AM not doing his job, Knies and Marner still haven't produced enough in the Florida series. After game 2 they didn't even play the top shutdown line. Funnily enough game 3 and 4 is where the first line struggled the most.

It's not like AM is chopped liver. Outside of goal scoring he's playing pretty well. Still way better than Tavares, from every advanced stats angle.

3rd in nice but 1st is better.

The only stat that matters JT 5 goals AM 2, I’ll take JT so far, but things may change

Two things:

1. Nylander is never fighting anyone

2. We lose that fight so badly. Nylander is the best player in this series, Tkachuk is a liability not on the PP so it helps us for him to be out there

This series is over. Nylander, great job. The team let you down. You literally have a fossil and a carousel of wingers. On top of that you're facing the shutdown line and D. Only dude generating offence consistently. Why because he's got the most skill, speed and ability.

I've never seen a better Leaf period than game 1. If Marner or Matthews could do a fraction of what you could do in the postseason, we'd have a Stanley Cup by now.

He needs a center or winger who can keep up with his skill & speed. If centers are scarce this summer then get Ehlers on his wing.

Disappointing for sure! At least he tried and created chances, while being one of the top goals/points-getters this playoffs + having the most goals and points in elimination games of your core.

And, he’s not up for a new contract, thinking he should be paid with Drai-money, so he’s got that going for him at least!

Did you go into Marners and Matthews threads too, calling them out? Who’s been Leafs biggest offensive threat this playoffs to you

If he is the most unclutch player, lets hope for your sake they bench him next game, or put him on fourth line. He might enjoy not having to play with Statler and Waldorf.

Let the fantastic M and M figure this out.

I see Knies and Willy doing all the work. I see JT trying to keep up. Matthews looks high as a kite and Marner is scared of his shadow. Laughton doesn't want to give up. Domi dumb. Then a bunch of depth that can't match or don't want to match after seeing Marner and Matthews mail it in. Patches gave his all now is tired.

FLA kicked it into high gear and said see ya.
