He is getting the hardest matchups and only has JT and whomever as the other wing. What do you honestly expect from him? It's not like he is Rambo.

Still needs to have more of an impact I personally think Hes our best offensive player so he can still make it happen regardless who else is on the ice hes gone against the odds thus far

If domi was a better 2 way player it would make sense to put him on the left wing with a speedy two way center

I thought he was ok'ish for the most part defensively at least, other than that one sequence where he was like a wet noodle trying to get the puck out of the zone. He usually shows up for game 7s so I think he'll have an impact.

Ice time was pretty similar to Mitch, except for PK and the last few minutes. And that shows one thing I dislike about Mitch - in that last shift of 108 seconds it looked like he had 2 or 3 chances to change but didn't. Same as on a regular PK, he seems to want to stay when he should change.

Like I've said a million times, if he had any of the intensity or drive of lesser players, he would be a top 10 player in the NHL.

The fact that he just cruises through long stretches of hockey games holds him back from being a reliable player.

Rantanen has no points last 3 games.

Drai and McDavid have one each in the past couple of games.

Difference is that others stepped up, where no one did here
