On the one hand, not every country that would otherwise be eligible is present. On the other hand, one could argue that the winning roster is stronger than the 2024 IIHF World Champions from Czechia. Obviously the Olympic title will hold more prestige next year, but for the interim, do you think the winning nation has a legitimate claim to "world champions" of international ice hockey?
