  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

I think people need to remember that all prospects have bad weeks. Most have bad months. Some have bad years.

This place is going to be unbearable when the only good thing about the team is prospect watching if we're gonna start puling the "I told you so's" after a random week in March.

Just friggen relax and look at the bigger picture. Individual games have so little weight to them in the long run.

McGroarty mix from the last two months of games. Really enjoying how light he is on his feet in steps 2-6. Big improvement from September. Also found his home in front of the net and has been majorly impactful on the forecheck. Still lacks that true top end gear. When he gets in trouble against mobile D, he heads wide and shoots from bad angles and distances. I would like to see him get more pucks deep and live to fight another day in those situations. I am not sure the speed will ever come, so he has to adapt. If you watch this, you can see why I say his 14 goals could easily be 25 goals if finishing regression didn't slap him in the face pretty decently. Still shooting 10% but dang if he didn't get robbed on some of these.

If Dubas is as active this off season, there will be roster spots up for grabs. If Karlsson is moved, the Brunicke makes the team. Pens need to start developing RD and the draft picks last year are at WB next year. Hallander back gives the Pens a nice player ready for the 4th line. Maybe the third but Rutgers M is here on LW next year. Then one of Poulin, Ponomarev and eventually Koivunen as he gets stronger and matures. He can be special ala Guentzel with his scoring and skill.

6'7" Hartford player obliterates Avery Hayes, Groats steps up to defend him and takes a couple of shots while laying on the ice, then Avery Hayes gets involved in the fight. Hayes doesn't give a f*** lol I love this guy

Groats 2 for roughing, Hayes 5 for fighting
Roobroeck 2+5

Look forward to seeing this. How did Hayes avoid a third man in?
