I'd honestly leave most of the young guins in WBS for the rest of the season. Call up Bemstrom and Puustinen. Get them some "nothing" NHL minutes in the top six.

They probably all go back down for the playofff run, but I get your point you want them in high leverage situations in the AHL.

I would def move Ned so Murashov can get to the AHL he is way too good for Wheeling.
