Apparently you can’t. I thought it’d be a good idea to get him to just stop showing up to void his contract but someone said he can only go to the AHL.

Probably be fine doing a 3 goalie rotation in the AHL especially with how the schedule is. They might still think Jarry’s value is salvageable. Wouldn’t count on it but stranger things have happened.

I’ll bet we see Larsson up in the NHL if he has a good start or two.

Another reason to jettison jarry by any means possible in the off-season in addition to any cap savings. With those numbers, that's some bullshit that Murashov is being sent to the E.

Honestly Jarry has been playing well in WBS while Blomqvist really hasn't been playing that well recently. They need to do whatever is best for Blomqvist, and if he's fighting the puck, him going back to the AHL is probably the right call.

I just may prefer calling up Larsson than Jarry to replace Blomqvist.

If we are going full tank (which we are) just use Jarry.
 
Seeing more rumors that McGroaty is going to get flipped.

Pretty sure Dubas is just waiting for the right time to flip these future assets at one more run for Sid.

It wouldn't shock me at all if Dubas traded McGroarty/Koivunen and one of the 1sts for a Mason McTavish type. 22 yo, former early round 1st, rfa due a big raise, can play/fill-in at C when needed.
Those seldom become available. So he might not find the right deal. Hopefully doesn't settle for a bust such as Dach, etc.

I'm looking both here and on Twitter and I'm not seeing any rumors about McGroarty being traded.

I'm not saying Dubas wouldn't do it, I think he'd absolutely flip McGroarty+ for a young proven NHLer, but I'm not seeing any rumors.

It was on puck empire on instagram and another fan account. Looks like originally from daily faceoff so not very reliable.

The other one didn’t provide a source so they could be just be repeating. Not sure if there is a way to post insta here?

Anyways it just mentions Nemec, McG, and a few other projects might be shopped.
 
pens will need a couple drafts to address center position. Depending on where they are I think O"Brien is a start. Maybe McQueen if he falls some. But RH center and see what the Rangers do. AT 14 a RW is what I prefer. I expect Dubas to be active at the draft in moving say Karlsson and or Rust.
