What's not to love!

The Screech looking guy in the background for 1.

Yeah, I don't know who that guy is. But I've seen his face printed on the sides of many milk cartons lying around the Xcel concourses this year.

Well if it's at the X they must be chocolate milk cartons. Parise would have it not other way.

Wild will put up a good fight. As someone said, Jets are not experienced in playoffs.
The Wild can win this series because they are a good hockey team , i really don't think playoff experience is as big as some would think . In 2015 , the last time the Jets made the playoffs , we weren't a very good team and had no goaltending . Wild and the Jets is going to be a very good series .

Jets fan here, looking forward to this series, should build what is already a fun rivalry.

I think you have one of the best fan bases in the league, one of the best arenas to play in. I think it’s pivatol in this series to not drop any home games, pressure will be on the Jets to start the series.

Suter is a massive loss for you guys, but you still have a strong backend that could cover it up. Dumba seems primed to take on some of those extra minutes. Sometimes when you’re walking wounded, player step up and find different levels.

Should be a fun series, Enjoy and while I don’t truly mean it, best of luck!:)

Just the way the matchups ended up I think...Nashville/Colorado has a couple late games and obviously the Vegas/LAK and SJS/ANA series will all be late. We get the benefit of playing against a Canadian team and they want the Canadian games in primetime (since there are only two Canadian teams in the playoffs this year).

Ok, yeah didn’t realize the Canadian angle.

Thank man. Losing Suter is a bit of stumble to start the fight, but hopefully that is all and that it is good series. Border battle should be a lot of fun.

Unless you guys go all Avs. Then we will hate you forever. Never go all Avs. ;)

Listen to Kfan
1.Boudreau swore on the radio
2.they are saying the Wild feel really loose despite going to the playoff series.

Anyone know the reason they stopped doing 9:45 ET puck drops?
They didnt, Nashville has Game 1 At 8:40. Russo mentioned they wanted Winnipeg and Toronto on alternate dates and in Prime time so if we Played Nashville you probably would have the late starts

Pleasantly surprised Spurgeon is returning for game 1 - He can't be completely healed.

Didn't think we'd see him until game 3.

I'm not super familiar with his injury - Anybody think he'll need offseason surgery?

I think he has been skating for longer than people think.

I don't think surgery is required. I think the issue is that with hamstrings you never really know if it's going to tear again if he does one moment with the wrong amount of force. And then he's back to square one.

The weird thing is I am starting to get a good feeling about this series for some reason. If Wild can split first 2 games I think we are going to pull the upset!

Where would one find your most likely lineup for game 1 and injured players / healthy scratches. Asking for a friend. ;)
Zucker - Staal - Nino
Parise - Koivu - Granlund
Greenway/Ennis - Cullen - Coyle
Foligno - Eriksson-Ek - Winnik

Brodin - Dumba
Soucy - Spurgeon
Seeler - Prosser

Dubnyk

And I'd be shocked if Greenway doesn't play over Ennis.

Injuries:
Suter

Healthy scratches:
Ennis/Greenway
Murphy
Belpedio, I guess.

How do you do Wild fans? First, congrats on winning a playoff spot. Supposedly those things are super hard to come by (starts crying).

HF Hawks is doing a bandwagon draft where each playoff team gets to pick a willing participant to be on a team's bandwagon for the playoffs (we may have stolen the idea from HF Canes). Minnesota is currently up, so if one of you doesn't mind stopping in and picking an available name, it'd be really appreciated. http://hfboards.mandatory.com/threa...-original-idea.2475841/page-10#post-144320725
