Wild have zero need and room for Kandre Miller. They are stacked at LD for the Forseable future with Brodin, Jacob Middleton , Zeev B, and Carson Lambos
Wild aren't adding anything to Rossi and aren't intersted in this draft class, much less a mid pick in the 1st round. MN says no
With all due respect, with wild just coming off Cap Hell, they aren't interested in dealing Rossi for the 12th pick or any pick in this draft. They also won't take on Kreider as they're seeking a Young Top 4 player. Lambos won't get traded being he was a 1st round pick on D and close to being ready. Hartman had a really good playoff and cheap, and a Bill Guerin guy.

If this was any other draft, #12 would be pretty appealing.
This is overpayment on a bunch of nice pieces the Wild don’t really need. If we are playing the value game, this is one the Wild should easily accept.

Why would the NYR want another center, they already ahve a logjam wthere and a bad contract.
Can't see Minny being too excited by this offer either and they can do better elsewhere.
Rangers dont have young center depth. They have nothing in the organization after what is on the NHL roster. Rossi would improve the depth. Mika was forced to the wing because he wasn't productive at center and did well as Miller's winger once JT was back with the Rangers. Rossi would be an upgrade at 2ed line and move Trocheck to 3rd line where he belongs
Sure they don't have young center depth but they also have a glut at center right now and the trade value offered just isn't very inspiring to Minny right?
Having center depth is nice but if they are all Brodzinski level. It doesn't matter. Quality over quantity. Rossi would be the Rangers 2ed line center and young. Big upgrade from Chytil and Trochek skillwise

We really don't have a glut at center. All of our centers are old and Parssinen isn't proven. Mika plays RW now. Miller-Rossi-Trocheck is great center depth for us but i understand Minnesota fans not liking the deal. Probably have to add prospects on top of the 12th for Rossi.
Is Rossi really a big upgrade from Trochek though?
I get that he is younger but I just don't see it.
Also your original offer just doesn't do anything for Minny does it?
They are going to put Buium on the elft side and Miller certainly isn't better than Brodin is he?

Just what the Rangers need another playmaker winger. Rangers need more shoot first types. Love Zuccarello but he isn't needed here
I understand but Zucc only has one more year on his deal just like Panarin. You are basically shedding cap there.
Rossi Brodin for K’Andre and Perrault and we get a year of Panarin to even it out
I know why I do this as a wild fan. The rangers get a nice piece in Rossi and Brodin is a better player than miller right now but he is older and has some injuries.
I am pretty sure Zucc has NTC or NMC and you don't take away Kap sidekick and BFF on the team. Also Panarin legit settled a Sexual assault accusation that would be the talk of the media if traded here,
Brodin is okay but Rangers need dman that can clear the crease and can skate. Rangers defense is awful. Way tok easy to play against. Personally I rather have Hartman over Zuccarello, considering the Rangers are going to be a better forechecking and more physical aggressive team with Sullivan as coach
Kap would absolutely kill it playing with Panarin man , he would love it
True , Brodin isn’t a crease clearer but he is a top 3 defensive dman in the entire league and a very smooth puck mover as well. He isn’t going to rock people but he’s just stupid effective when he’s healthy.
even if he would, you appease your superstar and their relationships. Also, I would have wanted Pan as much as anyone but not after the accusation and the Settlements that came with it. The PR Nightmare it would create for Guerin, Wild in MN and otherwise is not worth it.
