It seems like a lot of people root against Dallas, and Rants in particular. Colorado.. really isn’t likable either, yet I’ve been rooting for them this series.
For me, it’s this odd feeling that Rants and Heiskanen are like the jockiest of jocks, and playing with ‘em would absolutely suck. Like they’re those Globogym bros from Dodgeball. I’m aware this is a ridiculous reason to dislike a team, but.. there it is. Also, there was a whole coverup with Val and that was messed up, but I feel like that’s not what drives the dislike. I think since they beat the Aves Rants just kinda a decent heel, and his demeanor and the silly garbanzo shit just fuels it. I know, kinda a weird take, but again- feels like more people are rooting for Colorado, and no one friggin roots for Colorado (Dallas and Colorado fans exempted).
