Why Do The Hughes's Skate with Stick Upside Down?

Has anyone else noticed that whenever Quinn & Jack are skating without the puck, they always hold their stick with the toe of the blade upside down? Is there some sort of benefit to doing this? They're both great skaters, this looks odd and I rarely see other players doing it but they do it literally 99% of the time.
