Agreed get me someone grim a successful organization. Winnipeg or Dallas come to mind. I want someone that has a good track record with drafting a developing prospects.

This would be a demotion for her, I imagine. I'm not quite sure how you'd want to go from owning a multi-million dollar business to being an NHL GM and working for another rich person.
