Who Wins the Last Wild Card Spot in the East?

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

I think NYR make it. If not them, NYI.

Habs remind me of Detroit last year. Playing on fumes, bad goaltending, but things just kinda going their way in a luck sense. I think the true colours bleed through and they fall back down to Earth.
This seems like wishful thinking from my vantage point. Goalies have been good they play fast high event hockey. They have 2 games in hand on the Rangers. Islanders are too banged up dont have the horses.

Neither of these are true. In fact the Habs have been one of the best teams post 4 Nations because they benefited from the downtime. And if the goaltending was bad they wouldn't be in this race. I'd say the goaltending has been solid not great, but because the Habs fate isn't dependent on Monty it works.
