Who wins the Conn Smythe Trophy?

IF it is the Panthers and the Oilers, it all depends on how the series goes. If Bob continues to be a wall, then it could be him, especially if the Panthers sweep / steals games. If McDavid continues the way is he now or even gets better, he will win. He won last year because if it was not for McDavid the Oilers do not push the series to 7 games down 0-3, aside from the fact he beat Wayne's assist record and got >40 points. Bob also got solved by the Oilers and got lit up like a Christmas tree in game 4.
It's going to be Bob if FL wins it all again...zero doubt.

They're not giving to a loser two years in a row

He will need to hoist the cup to hoist the conn smythe

I guarantee they will not award the loser 2 year in a row.

Should EDM win, he will get it. If FL wins it will be bc of BOB. JMHO
That's the premise i use, player from the winning team gets it. Last year was a major anomaly.

They seem to have gone away from that cross-seam pass for some reason. Heavily scouted or injury?
Sticks in lanes, too predictable to me. Bouch trying to blast it through 3 bodies sometimes as well. Other team paying the price. Maybe get fugly, biguns for net presence. IDK

That’s like saying one man can win a cup, should go always to the most dominant player in the playoffs. But we know who that probably is, and it doesn’t fit the narrative.

That would be hilarious if tit happened. Would love to see it.
All the "Can't win with Stu" haters would have to swallow it.

If the Oilers win the cup with Skinner in net, then I will be one of those people. It would be yet again an example of me being wrong about hockey, which has already happened countless times.

I’m sensing a pattern here. :sarcasm:

Hold your horses until the season is over, anything can happen and that includes McDavid crashing out.

If Skinner can play like this without blowing a game I think he has to be in the conversation. But even then, I still think it's McDavid if Edmonton wins. Possibly Draisaitl if he finishes a few points ahead of McDavid. For Florida it's clearly Bobrovsky.
