Celebrini is an 18 year old leading his team in scoring. No prospect is ">>>>" Celebrini. He seems like a nice kid but so far Hutson>>>>Celebrini
Since the 4 nations cup :5. Hutson. ok, at first it was a meme, but it went too far and it looks like people actually believed he would be a star. He is an offensive defenseman and can score some secondary PP assists. But he doesn't have the tools to make a real difference like Makar or Hughes and he's very average defensively. His ceiling is Tony DeAngelo with a better attitude. So No. 2 offensive D. Which is good, but not as good as Demidov and Celebrini. And obviously not even comparable to Bedard or Michkov
It says a lot you avoided the initial question when pressed, then re phrased the question so you could keep your answer
It was a simple question, who is the best of the group •right now •
Wasn’t who you’d take to build a team around, or who you think will be best.
What are you basing this season off of? Because now that's a Calder discussion. So what's your basis? Point production? Defensive numbers? Homerism? That includes this season. I read it just fine.
Says a lot that a good portion of the fanbase has to glaze/seek validation on the main boards for "their guy. "

Tony DeAngelo with a batter attitude. LOL. This place is hilarious1. Michkov. 120+ point player, will be close to Kucherov. Will probably have less assists, but more goals. Something like 50+70 is what you can expect from him regularly
2. Bedard. Not McDavid, not even MacKinnon, but still a 100+ point center easily.
3. Demidov. Offensive winger like Panarin. 85-100 point player.
4. Celebrini. PPG center with slightly above average defense. I have no idea where the myth came from that he is a defensive beast. It's based on nothing. -100 and gets undressed every other game.

I think you could make the argument that Celebrini is better than Hutson right now, it's not a crazy thing to suggest. The fact that two teenagers are leading in production for a couple of shithouse franchises with minimal support.
But if you really want to go the LoOk aT THe NuMbeRs route.
.86 ppg > .83 ppg

But there really is nothing to suggest that Bedard is better than Hutson right now. He's been really really not good this year.
Sorry I offended you, just don’t dodge questions in the future we’ll have no problemsAgain. Since you are having a hard time comprehending, yes I read the question right and yes I think Bedard and Celebrini are better players this season GASP
You are truly are worthy of your username.

Age has nothing to do with who is a better player todayThe fact that two teenagers are leading in production for a couple of shithouse franchises with minimal support.

You did, and you’re still being dishonest.FFS I didn't dodge the question. I'm sorry I didn't glaze your boy like you need me to.

You don’t have to glaze, you can just be quiet
Considering guys like Donato and Teravainen are pacing with Bedard, it wouldn't shock me at all if Hutson were still a 50+ point dman in Chicago, while playing a much more complete game than Bedard. My assertion is if you were to switch Celebrini for Hutson or Bedard for Hutson on their respective teams, do you think he would be as effective?
I'm not in the business of disparaging Hutson. He's an amazing talent. I think he makes some underappreciated defensive reads and will always be criticized for his defensive play as is the life of an offensive dman. I think he can be an effective defensive presence because of his smarts and vision and despite his size limitations. I enjoy watching guys like him succeed (I'm a huge Cagnoni fan as is obvious). I just don't think he would be producing as Bedard and Celebrini have if he was on either team.
Hutson is a defenseman though... so what's the excuse for that? A defenseman out producing a forward, and doing that while being one of the best defenders in the league. I can't wait to hear this excuse..The fact that two teenagers are leading in production for a couple of shithouse franchises with minimal support.

This is my echo chamber. Guess what, you’re not the first guy who’s had an opinion on Hutson without actually ever watching a game of his. Those are the best onesOr you can go back to your echo chamber if opinions hurt your feelings.
I just want to understand whether there’s anyone out there tracking Hutson’s head fakes/60.My assertion is if you were to switch Celebrini for Hutson or Bedard for Hutson on their respective teams, do you think he would be as effective?

I am sure he would. He only has 4 forwards with any offensive ability to work with now and he is racking up points. He is very smart defensively as well.My assertion is if you were to switch Celebrini for Hutson or Bedard for Hutson on their respective teams, do you think he would be as effective?

The voters are usually idiots. Anything could happen. Can't wait until Hutson win the Calder this year.
