I think most of us can agree that these 2 had the best goalie performances of the postseason. Both were the best players on their teams and the main (and almost sole reason) they took the Panthers to 6 games. Here are the stats..

Swayman
.933sv% in 12 games facing 348 SA.

In the Maple leafs series, only had 1 game below a .930 sv% and no games under a .920 sv%!

Had 2 games with a sv% below .900 in the Panthers series, but every other game with a sv% above .927

Shesterkin

.926sv% in 16 games facing 524 SA.

In the Washington series, one game below a .900sv%. 3 other games above a .920sv%

In the Carolina series, 3 games below a .900sv%, 3 games above a .917 sv%

In the Florida series, one game below a .900sv%. But the rest of the series never had a game below a .923 sv%.

Shesterkin had the larger workload, with more GP and more shots faced. But was also a bit less consistent, with 5 of his 16 games below a .900sv%. His performance against the Hurricanes is definitely the weakest between the two. But also, his performance against FLA is arguably the best between the two.

Swayman played 4 less games and faced 200+ less shots, but only had 2 games below a .900sv%, all in the series against Florida. I think one could also argue he had the weaker team in front of him, and the Maple leafs were a more dangerous offensive unit than NYR's non-Florida opponents.

Shesterkin. And this is the 3rd straight absolute carry job postseason by him.

The rangers have gotten absolutely shelled in basically every playoff series with Shesterkin and he's been basically the only thing winning them games

Easily Swayman, Bruins only got to second round because of him and would have lost in a much more convincing fashion had he not played. The stats say Swayman also, his goals saved above expected per 60 is 1.14 while Shesterkin’s was .786.
