Look in the pool. Vlasic, EDM, Rinzel and Korchinski may all be able to do it to varying degrees if they’re developed properly.

You can’t just keep ignoring the forward position because you’re a size queen. I’m going to be mad if 2 is not a forward.

Gotta trust the scouting department with whoever they pick but Demidov being a huge hit and Lev or Dickinson or whoever not being a home run, top pairing, gem of a defenseman would be devastating (obviously)

People are really getting worked up by Richardson's comments. I don't actually disagree with him either. You do need both to win in the current NHL. A guy like EJ Emery for example definitely fits that mold on the D side of things and they can get him later.
