Well…I knew Domi would struggle. It’s happened his whole career.
But I thought things would be different after his stint with Mathews but it seems without Mathews, Domi is back to his old self that has been on numerous teams.
Fans will defend him more because of his name.

Holgrem has been just bad. Robertson preseason game heroics were just that. Regular season is a different beast and He just hasn’t found his groove yet. And it may never be found .

I’m not a fan of Reaves or when Trey signed him. He offers nothing except being an office desk policeman.

The game has changed. You need more from those so called enforcers in todays game. He just has no hockey ability.

I’m a bit disappointed in the 3rd and 4th line. But I do like Lorentz and the kids we called up. We need more speed

Marner.

…… but just for shits and giggles and to see/hear some heads explode reading it.

In all seriousness it had to be Liljegren and Robertson. Was really hoping both would benefit from the coaching change but it never materialized for Liljegren and Robertson isn’t trending in the right direction either.

……. Or maybe Marner….. ;)

Was going to initially say Domi/Matthews, but given their injuries they get more leeway

So like others have said, Robertson. That goal versus CBJ in garbage time aside, he's produced quite literally nothing the entire season

Robertson quite easy for me

Seemed to be a consensus that all he needed was more opportunity to show what he could do. I was fully believing he would pot 20 if he had decent ice time.

So far he’s looked terrible. He gets knocked off the puck so easily and can’t generate his own chances. When he gets a good look, it’s just not going.

Maybe he can turn it around. But if he can’t do it now with all of these injuries, he never will with this team.

Yea, Robertson has certainly had his struggles offensively.

Weirdest stat about Robertson though?

351 forwards (including Robertson) have played 150+ minutes so far this season.

Robertson has been on the ice for the 3rd fewest goals/60 out of all of them.

Our good goaltending this season certainly contributes to this but it is an interesting stat.

He's off to a slow start but I'll bet he leads the team over Nylander in goals. That's if he's healthy of course. He's the least of my worries.
Well health is a big part of it, if he is injured half the year or more it’s a disappointment. Even if it’s no fault of his own. So far Mathews has been disappointing.

If there's one thing I'm wishing Berube was doing different right now, it's keeping guys who are struggling together for some reason. Robertson hasn't been good, but his most common linemates so far have been Holmberg, Domi and McMann when he was struggling.

Can we at least get Robertson and Holmberg away from each other, so we can figure out which one is the problem here?

Robbie.

To me, Domi just needs to perform in the playoffs. Which I am sure he will either by scoring or standing up against challenges.

AM will chalk it up as nagging injuries.

Lilly has been bad, even after being traded for scraps as a cap dump. This was a guy many thought would be a top 4 guy by now or would elsewhere if moved.
