Miller and Peterson are close. Not a bad problem.Miller is often the most important player but Hughes is absolutely the best player. If Demko could be consistently healthy then he could be a top goalie in the league, but right now the only position where the Canucks have a legitimate top 3 ish guy is on D with Hughes.
Miller, as compared to other forwards in the game, is just not a top 10 guy. Probably somewhere in the top 15 or 20. Unless you value forwards much more than D, the answer is Hughes then Miller second.

There’s an argument to made for Hughes as a Hart candidate. The only other Canuck who has that ceiling is Pettersson. He’s yet to approach that level though. Demko is great, when healthy. Miller is a good player. Boeser is a good player.lol no it isn't
