Who is going to be better between Slafkovsky, Cooley or Hutson?

Hutson has puck skills no doubt but away from the puck is where I question it. Watching him be bullied by the Leafs aggressiveness last night idk what makes him special as a small dman that he can overcome that.

He seems more like a speciality 2nd pairing offensive dman who gets sheltered and runs the PP to me than a Makar. Any playoff series he is in other teams will be targeting his side of the ice around the net

Was playing right wing and so nowhere to be seen when McMann scored.

Wanted to go end to end with Matthews’ goal.

Outmuscled soft again with goal 6.

Just horrible but points eh.

I believe hes going to be a 60-80P Dman in his peak/prime and top PP QB in league

may not get a Norris, but still a top OD in the game


Cooley > Slaf, but could change with Demidov coming int he long run

60-80 pts is pretty conservative given Hughes and Makar are winning the Norris with 90+ pts.

If Hutson is only putting up 65 pt seasons he won't touch the Norris. He will need 85+ pts, which I think in a few years will be possible for him.

Hutson absolutely has Hughes's potential.
