Don't watch enough of either of them to definitively say but they are both great.... and as I'm typing this I'm realizing this is the most useless and obvious comment for this discussion

Sanderson is a bit better but Faber plays RD. That's about as simple as I can make it.

Both are excellent defensively and I expect both will be counted on in shutdown roles for Team USA at the next Olympics.

Sanderson's offense gives him the edge here. Last year was the only season of their careers where Faber outproduced Sanderson, and it's looking like more like an anomaly than a sign of things to come.

I'd have to go Faber, guy legit eats minutes. He plays top line guys all the time, and he may not be as flashy offensively , in Minnesota we dont neccesarily need him to be a Cale Makar, as long as hes shutting down the opposing top line.
When we traded Fiala , I was kinda bummed out initially, but boy have things turned around and the trade looks beautiful now.

Faber right this minute but Sanderon's upside on offense surpasses him imo

Brock will always get Vlasic-style 5v5 points where he'll even have a big year or two and people think there's more coming but he's not a prototypical PP/OFD sort of guy where I think Sanderson has more of that in him.

This poll is a joke...Faber is far better, Sanderson is an average 2nd pairing defenceman.
