What they are doing with this goalie thing is rediculous. Fucale should have gotten the start yesterday. They OBVIOUSLY wanted Fucale to be the started at the beginning of the tourney. Then they start Comrie, and when you start your goalie you obviously want him to succeed, which means they wanted Comrie to suddenly be the starter. He gives up one soft goal and they go back to Fucale.

Well sadly I think that is the wrong decision and I am not sold on his mental fortitude and his not so great rebound control.

Exactly, Fucale is a proven winner. Comrie, not so much.

The level of concern over Fucale getting the start is a little silly. Comrie has been no better than Fucale, and between the two of them, he blinked first. I would love to hear what would be said of Fucale if he let in that softie against the Americans.

Based on round robin play this is the right choice.

Fucale only had one real hiccup, and that was more on Morin than Fucale.

Defense are going to have to be on point, Fucale gives up some juicy rebounds in comparison to Comrie.

Lets see Finland last year Russia in pre tournament games this year just to name a couple and his re bound control is terrible.

Glad it's Fucale. Comrie is our #1 and he will be well rested. With all due respect to the Danes, I'm confident about our match with them regardless of who we start.

If Comrie was the #1 he'd be playing Denmark.

The goalie carousel is a smart idea.

USA and Finland are on a different level than Germany and Slovakia. Each goalie got a game against a difficult opponent and a game against an easier opponent. So far, both goalies look solid, minus one weak goal for each.

Now that they've seen enough of both, they can make an informed decision on who should start for the big games. That said, no offense to Denmark, but Canada's starter in that particular game doesn't really matter.

I never seen a goalie put himself out of position like Fucale does, I hated when the Habs drafted him.

Comrie is more composed in net, puts rebounds in the corner, and does all the small right things. I believe he is the right choice to roll with for the rest of the tourny.

Thats being said Danes are a very good team this year.

All it takes is a hot goalie an unlucky bounce/ill advised pinch and a undisciplined team Canada to lose before the medal rounds again.

My prediction Danes take an early 1-0 lead try to protect and ends up blowing up in there face.
