I'd pick Florida simply because we get home ice. If we got home ice over Boston, I'd pick them.

My prediction is Florida wins the series though, but I don't mind either way.
 
I think the road thru Boston just adds so much gravity and fate to the run. On the other hand I much prefer home ice. I don't care. We're hungry. We're going to eat whoever it is.

Let them decide who wants to go up against us. They haven't faced the kind of hostility that the Leafs are carrying at the moment. I said before that this was the most hostile series in the entire NHL, players were out there for blood. Now that we tasted what the win tastes like we want even more.

Boston. Now that the Leafs have the first round monkey off their backs, I think they're going to be jacked up to hand it to the Bruins.

Call me crazy but I want the Bruins. This needs to be a proper revenge tour en route to the cup.

Leafs have no choice in the matter. If Boston wins they will be a tough opponent who has been excellent all year while Florida will have dethroned Boston and will be ridding high. They will be a tough opponent too.

Boston would be more entertaining, but likely the tougher series. I am confident we can beat either of them so I don't have a real preference but I just want Boston to lose and then we have perhaps a slightly less grueling trip to the conference finals.
 
I remember a few years ago there was a similar question on the Raptors board about who they wanted to face.

Almost everyone chose Brooklyn to face Vince Carter and beat him - it just felt right and it would erase a lot of demons.

Unfortunately the Nets won that series with Carter playing a huge part. For that reason, I'd prefer the Panthers.

But if it was the Bruins, I'm not as worried as I would've been in the first round, in previous years lol
 
I want boston, I feel we need to slay that curse too, I hate boston so damn much for how much suffering they brought our fanbase and I believe we can beat them in 6 too. If we get florida I have a bad feeling considering everyone wants them
