Yeah, he played a warehouse guy in the Office, no?
I also remember him as a goofy, put-upon co-worker in the short lived series 'Son of Zorn'. Actor's last name is Proksch.

Mark Proksch. I love the Colin Robinson character...energy vampire that sucks up people's energy with boredom, who thinks of these things??!!
And I laughed in Better Call Saul when he drove in with his loud, obnoxious Hummer that annoyed Mike.

For me, one of the best character actors on TV (and on film) is the great Walton Goggins

Lol he is fantastic as Baby Billy, as well as in the new Fallout show.

Also had a solid but rather short run in Sons of Anarchy.

Movie roles, he's great in American Ultra opposite Jesse Eisenberg.

Matt Berry for sure right now. Haven't seen a single thing from him that I didn't think he was hilarious. Talented musician too.

+1 to your choice of David Cross. Dude's timeless and clever af.

Colin Robinson is my favorite characer in that show lol. 6th and final season coming out in 12 days!

Edit to add: Before Mark Proksch was famous he did a bit named "K-Strass" where he was a "yo-yo master" would go on local news stations under the guise that he used his yo-yo skills to do presentations for kids. Absolutely hilarious, you can find some of them on Youtube.
