WJC: Who are you cheering for?

Canada obviously, but I want Finland to have a good showing offensively for my world juniors pools sake.

Tend to go for Canada or the US, but have been known to be a closet Finn supporter. Will also cheer for any prospect of my NHL team, so if, say, Russia beats Canada 4-3, with Khusnutdinov scoring a hattie, I'll be, " NOOOOOoooo....(yes, yes,yes!)....

Every year I find myself rooting for a stray.

If a team acts badly, then I will root against them, even it's USA or Canada.

Czechs then Slovaks. I like all the nations. A part of me would be happy if Russia could win a gold. They're all over the medal tables but no Golds and their program is looking great.

I’m kinda liking Germany. I’m ‘merican, but eh, I’d like to see German hockey grow even more. Also those unis are filthy. It’s gonna be Canada, of course, so I just hope Power has a strong showing.

I'm not some sort of nationalist or jingoistic person, but I root for USA in nation on nation tournaments.

But I have enjoyed the Slovakia game vs USA and tonight against Sweden so I hope those kids make a run if the USA falters.

Sweden, but we mostly play like a B nation i WJC. But gets hated like a A nation. Finland gets treated like underdogs While being better then Sweden most times. I root for Finland when Sweden dont reach medal round, wich are most of the times.

Since Germany is safe and wont play for medals I'm not gonna say Germany.

1. Slovakia - got a darkhorse feel to them. Love that they might have a new golden generation coming. Lack G maybe. Dunno, but I'm excited for their future.

2. Sweden - haven't won in ages and the roster is mental on D imo. Super strong, super talented kids. Feels like we're gonna see everyone of them in a big role in the NHL.
