Valeri Nichushkin is one of them. Certainly in the lower body seeing how elite a skater he is for a man that size. If he's not one of the strongest, he's top 5 for best athlete. Even the best players like Quinn Hughes can't skate away from him.

Nick Paul is one of the strongest players I've ever seen

6'4, 230lbs and is extremely strong on his feet

Shame he doesn't have more of a mean streak. Could be one of the more imposing players in the league if he did.
