Jagr but that's not a fair choice as he's a 100% first ballot lock

Obviously Jagr goes in. After Jagr as much as I would like to say Gresch it is Richter that has the best case imo.

If we’re saying Jagr we might as well add Quick, Panarin, Kreider. Fox likely some day as well. All players are not retired.
