I'm a big fan of ye olde for wings, but I really enjoy Capon wings. They are HUGE but they can sometimes be a little dry.

Hurley's are ok, not my favorite...I don't like them as much cause they have that little "finger" at the end of the wing.

McKibbons has the best wings of all 3 though.
