Which top-2 draft duo has actually delivered more — Barkov & MacKinnon (’13) or McDavid & Eichel (’15)?

The whole premise is off saying that 4 players from 2 drafts two years apart are all generational...only one that is generational in there is MacDavid.

Barkov is a great player, so is MacKinnon, but neither of them are McDavid. Swap either player with McDavid and the teams still would have won. Maybe have won even easier. Yet Barkov would have lost on Edmonton, same with MacKinnon lol. It’s a team game, weird how many people forget this.

I’ve watched each of them since they were probably 14/15 years old, never once considered any of them came close to McDavid’s talent.
