The Habs with all that cap space. But, he will prefer Vegas. Pretty sure, the Oilers will trade him for a king's ransom if he doesn't re-sgn before the trade deadline anyways.
Hate to break it to you. Bedard won't be as good as Drai everChicago makes sense.
Then Drai can continue his career in the shadow of a Connor.
Better chance Leafs win when Marner walks than if he stays. He wants to win though.
Calgary. Lets will it into existence. Top 10 anime betrayal in the making
Aho + Nikishin incomingIf Drai isn't re-signing, Jackson is going to rob the team that trades for Drai to the point it'll extend Oilers cup window for another 10 years. Think McLeod+Tullio for Savoie but to a much larger scale
Bet he ends up with more Cups.Hate to break it to you. Bedard won't be as good as Drai ever
This isn't a knock on the Oilers and just something I wonder about "logistically" when a player who potentially is this expensive comes up at this point.
Especially as I'm in general really bad at reading and understanding potential trades.
Undoubtedly every team would love to have a guy like him, but which team would within this timeline actually be well suited, without throwing other parts of the team into chaos, say by sacrificing their top defensive line? And also have the money, or ability to move players to get that money?
I think that was entirely due to them having a German owner.I remember Jeff Marek saying something on the 32 thoughts podcast last year (or the year before) about there being rumors about the Sharks and Draisaitl, so if he were to go to FA, I think he ends up there but almost certainly stays in EDM.
Make the playoffs first and then we will talkBet he ends up with more Cups.
Nobody has the cap room AND has a McDavid for him to play with and was in the most recent Finals on top of that.
Beyond that his finance is best friends with McDavid's fiance, so the whole group of them are joined at the hip at this point.
The Flyers are going to try. They shouldn’t, but they will.
Except a contending team, Drai wouldn't be going to a rebuilding team. Even though Boston signed Lindholm, I think he's a great fit there.Montreal has everything needed to make this happen
