For quite a while, I thought OTT and BOS would take the spots.
I'm hoping for NYR and CLB (teams I don't dislike), but now I think it'll be OTT and CLB or BOS.
The Rangers will come close, but I think they fell too far back. MTL is at least a year away but is definitely trending in the right direction. DET may come close but really should have made a coaching change sooner. I think PIT's core is too old and banged up to get the team into the playoffs considering the team's depth isn't good, and the Penguins are atrocious defensively.
