Toronto, cuz it'll piss off the most people
Edmonton, cuz see above
Seattle/Vegas, cuz it highlights what can be done when not saddled with a GM who has low expectations
New Jersey, cuz... who cares?
Dallas, cuz it shows turfing Bowness made a difference
Carolina, cuz they're in North Carolina and I wish nothing good for that execrable state
Florida, cuz it just makes Chevy go "See? See? Anything's possible. We're running it back, baby! Who cares if a bunch of players walk as free agents next summer"

Really no one, but...random thoughts
Vegas - hell no
Edmonton - absolutely not, they'll be intolerable
Seattle - not really, though it might be fun in the sense of messing with what teams try to do to emulate
Dallas - maybe here. I think Dallas has good, knowledgeable fans and is a good hockey town

Devils - not opposed though they don't need another Cup. But fast, young, hard working team with ample pushback
Leafs - never. Ever.
Carolina - wouldn't bother me really, bunch of jerks, it's a well put together team
Florida - I'd be fine with them ousting the Leafs and I think if they won the Cup it would create so much angst on HFJets that it would be excellent entertainment, but I think the market is generally poor and disinterested in hockey so not deserving.
