it’s close between the first and fourth, and this might be some recency bias but I’m going with the fourth

I don’t even think it’s necessarily recency bias so much as the fact we’ve been such an elite contender over the last 4 years. The last 3 seasons, we’ve only lost to the cup champs. For me, it makes any random past series feel less impactful

First one, Game 7 win.

For me that's the beginning of what I call the 2nd McDrai era. That was the first time McDavid exploded in the playoffs, Bouchard made his mark, it was just a more professional team from the previous playoff teams.

That's carried forward to today.

First one was by far the most exiting because we had those two dirty first round losses in the years leading up. That game 7 win was massive. I actually feel like it was that moment McDavid figured out the playoffs.
