lool he doesnt use it because it sucks. he has one of the worst one timer form in the league. its not even a threat, when oilers on pp teams dont even take away his space
a) he misses the net half the time hence a 8% SP this year
b) half the time hes on the left side trying to shoot which is dumb

As a pens fan I never thought his one timer was anywhere near those guys or Malkin for that matter. He can shoot it pretty hard but not like those guys, and not with anywhere near the accuracy or speed of release.

Maybe not the best, but one underrated and seldom mentioned is Alexander Steens. Great precision and a great weapon the Blues PP. He picks up a lot off assists on that shot as well.

Hall doesn't even have the best one timer on the team as a left hander, yet alone note worthy enough to be mentioned in the league. He's not a shooter, let's not kid ourselves.. Everyone mentioned in this thread has hit 30 goals except Tarasenko (who is on pace to crush that) - let's not pretend Hall has a good one timer
