Why is Bieber associated with the all star game? Are they trying to market to junior high aged girls?

If it was the Bieber Leafs jersey, it would get my vote, but the allstar one will (hopefully) never be seen in a game.
 
If you ask me, this guy was the most abominable. The other guy he was harrassing was just misunderstood.

I chose #4 just because I'm a design dude and this is something fully controllable and it annoys me that someone else (ie a real designer) is not getting the opportunity here.

Real answer is #2, however.
 
A blend of 1 & 2 and modified 3.

Number 4 is about personal taste which I really don't care about as it's 2023 and taste(rules of fashion) ceased to exist decades ago.
 
The Jerseys may be the ugliest. At first I thought it was the Star Trek logo with NHL in the middle
