Which country will be the next in top WJC tournament?

Germany has often favorable results against countries like Switzerland and Slovakia on the under 16/17 level. I would say they are the most likley candidate in my opinion. I don't think that countires like China will ever get there despite the NHL trying to promote hockey over there aggressivley, beacause they are an interesting market. China has tried to reach the top level in Soccer and Basketball before hockey but they haven't been all that successful...
Ever and never are very strong words. Who know, what will we see in 20 years. But i would say, Norway and France could in the future break into top championship. The question is: Will IIHF consider again to rework the all levels. And we will see more teams in top level?
Break in as in make the tournament or make like a quarterfinal?
I think we have a great shot to win it next year so that's that. Germany was a regular there before 4-5 years ago so there's nothing new or novel about that but I think they may make it up, though I say that yearly and they disappoint yearly with their bloated old and local rosters.
The kids who will play 5-10 years down the road are like 9-14 right now. I don't know much about U10 international hockey.

Yeah, I'd say us. France went already in 01-02 and I don't see that coming soon. Norway was in 13-14, 10-11, 05-06, and I don't see them going soon either.
