I think he's the kind of goalie to build around, but goalies generally fluctuate in performance so much that it's hard to really say in a concrete way.

I'd say there's Vasi Helle clearly proven and ahead of him. The there are guys like Sorokin and Shesterkin, Markstrom nad Saros where one could argue they belong above him.

In an alternate universe yes he would definitely be elite.

If he just got traded, no he'd sulk. Plus his play this season is how Tampa plays after winning b2b cups. Go easy until playoffs

I subjectively rate him top 5, but I don't think he's done enough to be rated that highly objectively. He's pushing into the top 10 conversation though.
