I loved that place!

I used to go to the one on South Sepulveda. Bought my first Kings jersey, a home Gretzky jersey, from that store. I remember the 1993 Kings' chewing gums with the team photo used as the packaging. I miss the Slap Shop.

Yeah I'm thinking of just getting a few player T's. I'm not sure I want to make the drive up there. I used to work in DTLA and could go right when they opened. I scored some good deals over the years but the store sale is very hit or miss.

Well, if you don't have Amazon Prime, you still have to pay for shipping (and don't forget they tax you on Amazon as well).

I'm just waiting for it to be released in stores and pick it up from the Best Buy down my street. Also helps that I have a $25 credit so free for me!

I'm an Amazon junkie so I do have prime. I had the thing in my cart and saw the price dropped. You have to pay tax online from just about everywhere now. Only smaller retailers seem to get away without doing it. I think I have a best buy credit at home too. I also had a $50 Amazon gift card so I picked up a few other things as well.
